Speaker Bio
Faith Taylor is the Global Corporate Citizenship and Sustainability Officer for Kyndryl covering ESG.

Kyndryl is the world’s largest IT infrastructure company with 240 data centers in +60 countries and over 60,000 employees with $16 Billion in sales. She is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s programs that ladder up to their strategic priorities.

In Kyndryl’s first 3 years since spinning off from IBM, they announced a Net Zero to 2040 goal validated by the Science Based Target Initiative and have achieved a 7% reduction in their Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions.

Further, they released Kyndryl’s Corporate Citizenship Reports outlining their commitments across all of their strategic priorities and ISG has named them an IT industry leader delivering sustainability services and products to global customers. They achieved silver certification from EcoVadis for their ESG performance, placing them in the top 15% of companies in their industry as well was named to Newsweek’s 2024 list of the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces. Before joining Kyndryl, Faith was the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) leader for Tesla, working with their board, senior leadership, and associates to develop their program.

During her tenure at Wyndham Worldwide, she built the company's ESG programs from the ground up. Under her leadership, Wyndham became the hospitality industry’s Dow Jones Sustainability World Leader, and was listed as one of the Most Ethical Companies in the World by Ethisphere and Newsweek’s Greenest Company. Faith co-led the World Travel and Tourism Council’s Sustainability group and published the industry’s first ESG reporting guideline and framework.

She is currently on the Board of Directors for CMC Energy Services, a private company founded in 1977, and one of the largest woman-run energy efficiency companies in the U.S. She was President of the Women’s New Jersey Performing Art Center board where they have raised over $56 million dollars for arts education and community development in the last 25 years.
She has been named by Sustainability Magazine as one of the top 10 ESG women leaders in 2024. She is a graduate of Stanford University and has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
