The first one I built was called “Wholesaling SOP Architect.” ????️

Inside the GPT’s instructions, I told it:

“You draft, improve, and version SOPs for a U.S. residential wholesaling company across acquisitions, dispositions, transactions, action coordination, follow-up, marketing, hiring, and KPIs.”

Then I gave it two deliverables every time it runs:
1️⃣ A 5–12 step checklist — each step includes an owner and due date.
2️⃣ A one-page narrative — breaking down purpose, scope, inputs, outputs, tools, QA checks, and common pitfalls.

Now instead of me manually explaining every task to a VA, the GPT just builds and updates our SOPs automatically.
That’s the difference between a prompt user and a system builder.

You don’t need more prompts — you need AI teammates that think like operators.
