From a single portrait to a fully animated video.
This episode demonstrates how each layer contributes to a consistent AI workflow. You'll see how to build structured prompts, how to switch backgrounds, poses, or camera angles, and which tools to use at each stage. Platforms include Nano Banana (Gemini 2.5 Flash Image), Seedance Pro, Kling 2.5 Turbo, PixVerse, Topaz Labs, Suno, and others. It’s a full creative loop – from image to voice, sound, and final video.

is always variable and consists of two paragraphs. First comes the definition of the new environment. This passage must always begin with the words "Replace the background with a photorealistic...". The second paragraph defines the clothing, role, and identity of the figure. This passage must always begin with the words "The person should wear a...".
Part 2 ...
can be variable and is crucial for the posture or the way the figure is positioned. If you want the figure to appear exactly as in your original source image, then do not change this paragraph. It must read: "Maintain the same framing, size, and body position as in the original image." If, however, you want a different pose, then Part 2 must always begin with "Change the body position so the person is..." and end with "Maintain the same framing and size as in the original image."
Part 3 ...
is responsible for the realistic integration into the new environment and must never be changed – it defines light, color tone, and atmosphere. This passage must read: "Keep the overall background slightly darker so the atmosphere feels grand and cinematic. Adjust the person’s lighting, shadows, color tones, and overall color character so that skin, clothing, and highlights blend seamlessly with the background atmosphere. The image should feel like a cinematic film still – photorealistic, high-quality, and naturally integrated."
