Is this prompt dependence or just stalling an activity she doesn't want to do? Let's talk through it. I tell you what, they say parenting is hard but I never could have imagined the brain work it takes when you are dedicating so much time to helping someone gain independence and navigate every aspect of the world...but I wouldn't change it for anything.
