A quantum leap = a shift in your reality.

Some people do it accidentally. They align their energy and get clear on what they want to change. I went from OCD and depressive spirals to a life I love because I learned how to shift my energy.

Here are 3 journaling prompts to help you do the same:

✨ 1. Your Joy List
What makes your body light up? Write it all down, big or small. I keep mine in my notes app as a reminder when I feel off.

If you’re feeling low for too long, chances are… you’re not making space for your joy.

✨ 2. Reality Audit
Make two columns:
→ Column 1: The thoughts, habits, and routines of your current reality
→ Column 2: The thoughts, habits, and routines of your desired reality on the same day

Where’s the gap? What’s keeping you stuck?

✨ 3. A Letter to Someone Who Hurt You
Holding on to bitterness & resentment is toxic for the body & soul. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself.

Say everything you never said. No filter. Cry and let all of the emotions out. Then (safely) burn or rip it. You don’t need them to resolve anything. The resolution is within you.
